With 12+ years in the fitness industry, I’ve worked as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and studio owner — running my own pole dance studio for 7+ years, alongside teaching burlesque, heels, and cheerleading. I’m also an award-winning pole dancer, having competed professionally at the national level for 5 years — so I know the grit, determination, and layers beneath sport that help you put your best foot forward.

I bring a full toolbox to help you build strength, confidence, and feel at home in your body. Training with me means feeling supported, challenged, and celebrated — building strength, agility, and confidence, while adding a sprinkle of creativity and variety to your workouts. I aim to create a safe space and sense of community — somewhere you can come as you are, smash your workouts, and leave feeling strong and empowered, not just in the gym but in the way you move through the world.
