Hi, I'm Sabrina - personal trainer, former pole fitness and dance studio owner, pole competitor and your biggest cheerleader when it comes to buidling strength and confidence.

I believe fitness should be fun, empowering, and something you actually look forward to!
With 12+ years in the fitness industry, I’ve worked as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and studio owner — running my own pole dance studio for 7+ years, alongside teaching burlesque, heels, and cheerleading. I’m also an award-winning pole dancer, having competed professionally at the national level for 5 years — so I know the grit, determination, and layers beneath sport that help you put your best foot forward.

I bring a full toolbox to help you build strength, confidence, and feel at home in your body. Training with me means feeling supported, challenged, and celebrated — building strength, agility, and confidence, while adding a sprinkle of creativity and variety to your workouts. I aim to create a safe space and sense of community — somewhere you can come as you are, smash your workouts, and leave feeling strong and empowered, not just in the gym but in the way you move through the world.

Looking to lose fat, build muscle, boost performance, become more flexible or work on calisthenics? I got you! Fancy adding some splits training or acro into the mix? Let’s do it — all while having fun along the way.
