I am so thankful I found Sabrina and her wonderful pole community. Not only did i gain progress in pole, but with her encouragement and guidance, i gained so much confidence in myself and in what i was doing. From the start, Sabrina was so supportive and made me feel comfortable. She was my biggest cheerleader every step of the way of my pole journey!

From the very first class, Sabrina created an environment that was exactly what I needed as a body conscious and shy beginner who knew nothing about pole fitness!

Her warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care for every single student made each session feel like a safe space to grow, explore, and thrive - both physically and mentally. Whether you were a complete beginner, like me, or had years of experience, Sabrina made sure you felt supported and celebrated.

Sabrina would always put us at ease by making us laugh; even on days where we maybe weren’t feeling it, hadn’t slept well or had personal issues that were monopolising our head space. I almost always came away feeling better and happier than when I went in (the only exeptions being times when I was being hard on myself for not managing to achieve a goal that I had set during the session).

What sets Sabrina apart is the way she connects with each individual. She took the time to learn our goals, our fears, and our wins - no matter how small. Her encouragement wasn’t just about nailing a move or perfecting a spin; it was about building confidence, community, and self-love through fitness. Lessons were always tailored to our needs, strengths and goals and everyone was made to feel welcome. It was more of a family than a fitness class.

Thanks to Sabrina, I didn’t just learn pole and lollipop - I learned how to show up for myself, be more body confident and am grateful to have gained an incredible friend in the process!

I've had a few one to ones now and absolutely love it. Fitness has never been this much fun! Sabrina is an amazing teacher - She guides, encourages, supports and we have a giggle too.
